Sanibel Escape- Gorgeous gateway to the beach & shelling
This 1850 sq. foot, two-bedroom two bath home, is conveniently located between Periwinkle and Middle Gulf Drive, providing easy access on & off the island. The nearest entrance to the beach is on Donax and is known for its superb shelling, is a short five-minute walk away. A fully equipped modern kitchen has an attached dining nook, overlooking a tropical landscape. The family room features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, and the large spare bedroom has two twin beds. The master suite features a large two-person jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The attached walk-through closet brings you to the master bedroom. Here, you’ll find the queen-sized platform bed and French doors, opening to a large wrap around porch. The porch features a spiral staircase leading up to the private rooftop sundeck with a southern exposure.

Large wrap-around porch with rockers, and 3-person swing, and an eating area in the back portion of the porch.
Five bikes to ride the islands extensive bike trails.
Beach chairs, beach tent, an air compressor for your floats and a beach cart.
