PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- During the winter season, this property can only be accessed by ski or snowmobile. You will need a high-clearance, 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires to drive on the county roads. Park your vehicles at the end of Country Road 58P and ski one mile down the driveway to the cabin. A great place to make a ski hut with your adventure-seeking friends!
-This cabin is situated in a remote mountain location. We do not have AC, but being at a higher elevation, it cools off very fast by opening windows. We have a baseboard heater and a fireplace to heat the cabin. We will provide firewood. Also, feel free to cut down your own firewood; Aspen trees surround us. - Small critters, such as bugs and flies, are very common. - The cabin runs on well water (400 ft below the surface) and is fed by the surrounding mountain range, not on-demand water. Please conserve water by limiting the use of multiple faucets and taking shorter showers. It takes a while to repump the water from the ground.
