LIVING ROOM:
Perfect for gathering, this welcoming space is designed for easy conversation and connection. Colorful, lively artwork adds personality, while exposed beam ceilings create an open, airy feel. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home, fully equipped, with large countertop space for communal meals.

PATIO:
The covered patio is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee in your pajamas while taking in the front garden, featuring a saguaro cactus.

BACKYARD:
The private backyard is designed for relaxation and wide-open desert views. An astro turf area creates an easy, comfortable space to unwind.

The backyard is the perfect spot to slow down, stargaze, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the desert.

Wildlife is abundant here. You just might spot coyotes, bobcats, owls, roadrunners, hummingbirds, or rabbits crossing through the property.

PRIMARY BEDROOM with EN SUITE BATHROOM:
The primary bedroom features playful animal artwork throughout. It includes a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated desk area, and generous closet space. The ensuite bathroom offers double sinks and a jetted tub, and sliding doors that open to a private sunbathing area.

SECONDARY BEDROOM:
The secondary bedroom is a calm, light-filled space featuring two twin beds, a cozy sofa, and bookshelves. The art in this room is inspired by feminine beauty and garden motifs, and windows look out onto the cactus gardens. A dedicated mini-split ensures personalized comfort year-round.

TERTIARY BEDROOM:
The tertiary bedroom is a cozy and relaxing retreat featuring a comfortable full bed. The space is accented with art celebrating the male form.

BATHROOM:
This modern bathroom features a tiled shower and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

THE GARDENS:
The gardens—filled with agaves, yuccas, creosotes, cacti, and succulents—surround the property, front and back. Wander the rock-lined paths to explore the gardens, enjoy the fresh desert air, and relax at the seating areas while watching stunning sunrises and sunsets. There is also a camping circle with firepit if you are craving a night under the stars.
In the front is an adorable dragon and mushroom table in the shade.

Please stick to the paths and watch your step—some areas are uneven, and many desert plants are prickly!

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience.

Other things to note
RUSTIC & REMOTE:
Built in 1959, this home has held onto its original charm while offering just the right modern touches for comfort. It’s a cozy desert retreat full of character and quiet charm—not a luxury hotel. If you love rustic spaces, off-the-beaten-path adventures, and soaking in the beauty of nature, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and feel at home.

GETTING HERE:
The property is tucked off the beaten path—about a 5-minute drive from Hwy. 62 on an unimproved dirt road that can be rocky in spots. While an SUV, truck, or crossover is not required, these vehicles are safest. We recommend driving slowly and following the directions provided for a smooth arrival.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your safety and to protect the property, there’s a camera covering the parking area and entrances. Please do not tamper with or disable the cameras. Your privacy is our priority—there are no cameras inside the home or in outdoor hangout areas.

PETS:
No pets are allowed.

CRITTERS & OUTSIDE ELEMENTS:
The desert is wild and untamed, with high winds, occasional rains, and extreme temperatures. You may encounter wildlife such as bats, bugs, mice, snakes, birds of prey, coyotes, bobcats, lizards, and more. Enjoy observing them, but keep a safe distance. Encounters with wildlife or exposure to natural elements do not qualify for refunds or discounts—consider it all part of the adventure! Always keep doors closed to prevent critters from entering, and do not leave children or pets unattended outside.

EVENTS:
Please reach out if you're interested in renting the property for an event including shoots. All events (big and small) need approval of host. We are pleased to offer assistance for special event planning. We have developed relationships with trusted vendors and like to support and showcase local artists and creators.
