Quiet 1 bedroom flat near the sea and boardwalk in the heart of Barranco

Stay in the most artsy and bohemian neighborhood in Lima, Barranco is known for it’s colonial-style houses, ocean views, colorful street art, galleries, live music and chill vibe.

It's a district of writers, musicians, painters and some of the best restaurants in Lima and the world. A few of the World's 50 Best in the neighborhood are Isolina, B restaurant, Siete, Kjolle, Merito and Central.

The space:
Centrally located in Barranco’s historic zone surrounded by old mansions, parks, plazas and the ocean. The malecon boardwalk is right behind us, an ideal place for a morning walk through the parks or to watch the sunset. The beach is a 15 minute (.6 mile) walk, if you want to take surf classes and we’re steps from cafes, shops, galleries, restaurants and bars.

The flat is on the second floor of a boutique building of only 33 units located at Av. San Martin 157. It’s secure and quiet with a concierge available 24/7 and a security camera system. The flat has a minimalist design, with a single painting of a hummingbird by a local artist creating a space that promotes peace, and creativity.

A few things that sets our place apart is that while it’s on a busy street we are in the back facing the neighbor's trees so it's quiet and we have soundproof windows too. We have a king sized high quality mattress with a memory foam topper, and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, monitor, and fiber optic internet. Lastly, we only rent to non smokers/non vapers for those with scent and smoke sensitivities.
