This one story Durango townhome boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full (bottom)/twin (top) bunk bed - and 2 1/2 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, multi-head showers and his/her sinks. It includes in-floor heating, air conditioning, indoor fireplace, built-in beverage refrigerator, and patio with built-in gas grill and gas fireplace, landscaped yard with small pond and water feature, washer/dryer, and garage. Also included are a hairdryer, iron, 5G Internet, and YouTube TV, for your convenience. Enjoy your time in Durango at our superb townhome. The property is located in a gated golfing community approximately 20 minutes from downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory, a full service skiing resort. It is also minutes from the Animas River which provides world-class fly fishing as well as water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding, rafting and tubing. It is about 100 yards from the tracks of the Durango and Silverton Railroad (although boarding the train is at its depot in Downtown Durango). Durango is a quaint, beautiful town surrounded by mountains and yet large enough to support diverse restaurants as well as recreational activities such as hiking and swimming in addition to golfing and traditional outdoor winter activities.

Everything was perfect and the home was exactly like the pictures! The location was ideal for a day trip into downtown Durango or a trip to Purgatory for skiing! The host was wonderful and very responsive to questions. We appreciate them sharing their beautiful home!
