The upgrades/remodel were fantastic. It’s a wonderful location walkable to Main St and grocery store. Close to trails. Host was responsive pre arrival as needed. Plenty of space inside for making ourselves at home for a week. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great hosts and location and a good property overall that I would recommend. We were a family of 6, including 2 adults, 3 teenagers and Grandma, and the house suited our needs. We had a fantastic time during our stay. Thank you!

We loved this place! Super clean, spacious and incredibly well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the throw blankets in the living room. Great porch for hanging out and only a couple of blocks to Main Street. The host was very communicative and hospitable. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent with walking distance to Main street. The description of the property as "Newly remodeled" is partially correct. Indeed, the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom were recently redone but the rest of the house still has an old style. The house is well stocked except for wine glasses (only 3). The house has plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the front deck. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and very reactive to our requests.

This place was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to contact manager for any questions or concerns. One of the best parts was the fantastic walkable neighborhood a few blocks from old town. There is a fantastic front porch I could have stayed on the entire time. Many conveniences like hooks everywhere. And coasters everywhere. Every little detail was thought of. I really enjoyed staying there. Close to river rafting, the train ride and hot springs. Also plenty of easy parking.

Perfect Location and Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. Awesome location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for a few family movie nights and the bedrooms upstairs were great for the teenagers. Close to the Animas River Trail for a jog and an easy drive to Purgatory Resort to ski. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home in a great location

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable, has natural light and in an ideal location just a few blocks from Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants.The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, knives, modern appliances, etc. The bedrooms were also comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We spent a week at the house and would love to return sometime.

Perfect house for our family of 5!

This house is great!! Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing - walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops and only a 30 minute drive to purgatory. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Townhouse was perfect

This property is great. We came to enjoy one of my husband's favorites places for his 50th. The House was in a great location. It was close to downtown and many restaurants. It was cozy and clean and the owners kept in great communication. We would definitely love to come back to this property

Wonderfully Modern in Historic Neighborhood

Owners did a terrific job updating and modernizing this early 20th century house in Durango's original neighborhood. Only 10-minute walk to Main Avenue shops and restaurants. You'll feel like a real local staying here!

Perfect location — perfect house

Wonderful location to downtown Durango, just a short 5-6 minute walk. The house has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The yard is beautifully maintained. The overall feeling or vibe is super relaxing and high end. I absolutely loved the week I spent there. Highly recommend!
