We also appreciate you mentioning the kitchen supplies. We do have a couple of glass food storage containers available for guests to use during their stay, and we currently provide one complete set of pots and pans. We’ll definitely discuss adding additional pots and pans to make the kitchen even more convenient for future guests. The extended power outage was caused by a utility disruption outside of our control, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the HVAC drain line leak and appreciate your patience while our team evaluated the issue and determined the best course of action. Thank you as well for bringing the hot tub, shuffleboard, and ping pong supply concerns to our attention.
