Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This location has the potential to be really great but it currently isn't. I stayed here with 2 children under 10 (one with special needs) and the stay was lackluster. I chose it because of the proximity to Temple University to visit my child. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to messaging but needs to higher a cleaning and repair service for when people check out. Broken doors, crawling insects and host of other things that a walk through of the property would have picked up was necessary. This property seems more like a place where college aged people would come to for the purpose of sleeping and showering not for people with families who may want to remain indoors for a bit. The owner did apologize for the inconvenience given to my family which seemed sincere, but it doesn't seem like enough. My hope is that the list of concerns I sent him will actually be corrected.
