We bought this Condo because of this beautiful area. We want to rent it out and use it when it is not rented. My primary home is in. Michigan. Love the area! Quiet and not so crowded like alot of Florida!Enjoy being on the beach and collecting shells
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is great. you can walk to Publix, Trader Joes, and and close to CVS. It is 8 miles to the ocean just west straight down Nebraska street! Great safe area to spend an extended amount of time at.
What makes this property unique
It has the most beautiful pool and porch area with vine trellises around it! It reminds me of Spain and areas in California. Great for taking a book to and reading. Also has shade umbrellas for the Florida sun. There is a separate Exercise Center on the Condo property which is very close to apartment and walkable!
