It's a guest suite that is totally separate from the main house with a private entrance and parking. It is minutes away from the airport, Rocky Point Golf Course and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers stadium. It's a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Downtown Tampa, and many other great attractions!
