If I could give double the stars, I would! My extended family were all in town for a wedding and 10 of us, ranging from 25 years old to 89. shared the property. It was absolutely perfect for our group and Beth was so incredibly accommodating to all our high maintenance needs. The games, game room, coffee pods, cleanliness, space, location… etc. It checked every box! Thanks for a great experience and a wonderful weekend, Beth!

This property has recently been renovated and it is beautiful. They completely re-modeled it but left the character of the house intact. The outdoor front porch and back patio were our favorite places to hang. It's large enough for big groups with 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath, large island that fits at least 20 and all new appliances in the kitchen. It's a short walk to downtown Geneva, there's a coffee shop across the street and Giant Eagle is close if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was beautiful and immaculately kept! Nice location with a coffee shop right across the street and an eating venue two doors down! We had 18 people stay there. 10 children and it was perfect! We did find time to use the fire pit in back. There was a huge parking area in the back which was very nice too! We wish we could have stayed longer enjoying this property. We were in town for a wedding. We had an incident where someone locked the door from the inside and I had to call Ashley. I got an immediate response and was able to get in right away. Would highly recommend this VRBO for a large family get-together!

Growing up in Geneva, it was nice to see how this house was remodeled and preserved. Very nicely done inside, but they kept the charm of the old house with the wood floors in the woodwork. Three full bathrooms was very useful in every bedroom, except one had a queen size bed, and bunkbeds in it. We had a family reunion from people coming from Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina so the house was big enough for everyone. The third full bath was downstairs off the kitchen which was a little inconvenience since the bedrooms were all upstairs and on the third floor. But we managed. This house had a beautiful front porch huge front porch that had gliding rockers that we could enjoy our morning coffee on too hot to sit in the in the afternoon, the sun blaring down on you, but we use the back patio, which was covered with chairs and picnic tables. Very nice big backyard with a fire pit that we roast marshmallows and s’mores on. Very close to everything and I would highly recommend this place again. A.

Great home! This worked perfectly for our college lacrosse team. We were able to get to the Strip in about 10 minutes while still staying in a cute, quiet area that wasn’t overly busy.The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus! The house was very clean and comfortable, and honestly, I never heard a single complaint from 20 girls…. which says a lot! We would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was great! So much room.... everywhere. The outside spaces were absolutely perfect. Great location. Across the street from breakfast and coffee and almost next door to a winery/restaurant.

The house was beautiful, clean, well appointed and the perfect size for our extended family. It’s proximity to the wineries was good and lived being able to walk to places around town.
