We had several issues with this house. Hot tub was half full and dirty hammock was broken light plate fell off wall. Moldy laundry in washer. Empty bottles between wall and bed downstairs. Grill was so dirty only half burners worked and we literally had a fire and couldn’t find a fire extinguisher. No water safety equipment outside next to the water. They sent a maintenance man out around 10 pm and stayed an hour and then waited an hour to fill it up and came back. The walls itself were dirty the carpet on stairs were stained. Paying 3500 for 3 days you would expect to get what the pictures showed. Not to mention we had to follow a color coded bed sheet to put our own sheets on our beds. Pulled out dishes to use and some were still actually dirty with food still on them. I would not recommend this house until the got a new management company. We rent many houses and have never had to give a bad review. this house has potential and is a beautiful area. It’s just poor management
