We had a great experience at this property! Plenty of space for a family of 6. The location is close to restaurants, Dunkin, ice cream, mini golf, kayak rentals and the beach. We also loved having the pool so close for the kiddos. Parking was easy and accessible. Communication was excellent.

We love staying here! (This is our 4th time) The house is extremely convenient to everything we want to do (quick uber to mackys, fagers seacrets, walkable when it's nice out). Tina and George are very communicative, the house is clean and just as described. Our group will be back!

Comfy stay

Tina and George are attentive hosts who ensured we were taken care of. They were communicative before and during our stay and patiently walked us through the property beforehand so we could take advantage of all the amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend their home!

Best one yet!

this is the 3rd year our group has been together for vacation. This house is beautiful, very clean, lots of space and our favorite. It is close to a lot of places and so easy to access to get wherever. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location!

My family stayed for the week and could not have been happier! The house was beautiful and well appointed! The owners are wonderful! Tina gave us recommendations for activities and Restaurants! The whole experience was fantastic! Also the location was great! You could walk everywhere from Dunkin, shopping or to miniature golf.

Great spot.

Really great location and beautiful town house. Loved being able to walk to the beach and many locations on the strip. The no linen thing was a little different but not that inconvenient. We rented from a local place and it worked. Again great spot would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood of townhomes conveniently located to a delicious ice cream carry out and mini golf and other businesses. Nice amenities with an easy, short walk to the beach. The home itself was comfy with a well supplied kitchen. A nice big dining room table to share your meals. The owners, George and Tina, were awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this property! You will be pleased.

owners are very nice, and you can see they take pride in their home. The place was very clean, and that means so much to me. I had even wiped up the kitchen floor, and could not believe, my rag was pretty clean.

Perfect location!

Our family loved our end of summer stay here. This property met our needs, the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc all as shown in the photos. Easy walk to the beach & view of the pool from our balcony. We were lucky to have perfect weather to enjoy both. Tina & George were easy to reach & communicate with. Great location.

We had an excellent stay at this location. George was on top of any issue we had. The home is well maintained tained and spacious. Plenty of chairs, beach toys, 2 wheeled beach carts were a plus for the short walk to the beach. Poolview so we could look out the balcony to see if it was crowded was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House and Location

The house was great for our family. The four bedrooms with three and half bathrooms was plenty of space. The main floor is a nice space to hang out. The house is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, and a short drive to many other spots. We rented linens and towels from Ocean City Rentals which worked well. I would recommend renting bath mats and kitchen towels as well for convenience.

Womderul Vacation

We had a terrific week here. The property was extremely clean and was well stocked with all essentials. The beach chairs and beach carts were especially helpful. The location is super convenient with multiple grocery stores close by and walking access to the beach, pool, mini golf, ice cream. Lastly, the communication with the owners was excellent. They checked in on the first day and all inquiries were answered promptly. Highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay again.

Very well maintained and clean property. I appreciate that the fridge was totally empty and spotless. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. One thing to note linens and towels are not provided and I didn’t realize that until receiving the key code a few days prior. There is a service that provides and delivered linens but I would have preferred to understand that up front.
