Gaylord is a snow-belt mecka and a big attraction for snowmobiling too! Trails are accessible with a short 5 minute drive. Head up to Wolverine and even up to the Mackinaw City to visit the Bridge and the Island too! With ski/snowboard hills just around the corner at Tree Tops in Gaylord and Boyne Mountain about 45 minutes away. Tree Tops offers golf courses as well!

We are natives to the area and love Northern Michigan. Both being born and raised here, we are no strangers to what the local area has to offer. From hidden gems to well advertised events. We enjoy cooking meals together with family and friends. Taking out the snowmobiles for a ride to spending timeless days on Torch Lake enjoying the water and sun. Jon enjoys Dirt-biking when he can and Jamie enjoys going out on long hikes. Together, we love the four seasons that Northern Michigan has to offer and making memories.

So why The Otsego? First off, its perfectly located to do anything regardless if you enjoy the outdoors or not. Shopping and entertainment can be about 10 minutes away, snowmobile trails are less than 5 minutes away, hiking is also about 5 minutes away. We offer our guest variety and space. Secondly, you can share your vacation experience with your fur-babies as we allow up to two well manners puppies.
