Welcome to this charming cozy, coastal cottage in Palm Harbor. Pet and kid friendly neighborhood. This awesome property is in a gated community and features 3 bedrooms with a mix of 1 King Master Suite and 2 full beds, upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Additionally, downstairs, there is a living space with convertible 2 twin beds or 1 king bed for guests to enjoy. Sleeps 8. Kitchen is fully equipped with grocery stores nearby. There is a designated workspace for working from home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. What’s Close By:

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load the washer with white towels only and start washing cycle before you leave.
Make sure you leave the pool card and any fab ,otherwise you’ll be charged a $50 replacevent fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent Property. Communication was great from the beginning to the end. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to relax in the living room after we'd been out for the day. The pool was really nice along with tennis/pickle ball/basketball. The location was great. It was close to Honeymoon island. We also went to Tarpon Springs and got desserts at Hellas. We went to Madeira Beach for jet skiing and Tampa for zip lining. There were plenty of restaurants. Crystal Beach had a nice, relaxing feel. Though, it's not really beachy. The pier was nice to walk on and people were fishing. We liked that it was close to many things, but we were in a quiet, gated community. Also, recommend eating at Molly Goodheads. The kids liked having their own rooms too. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
