In addition to the main house, you’ll enjoy an extra living area and full kitchen above the detached garage—ideal for larger groups or multi-family stays.
Inside, fun is built in with a dedicated pool room and foosball table for all-ages entertainment. After an active day, curl up in the cozy living room, where plush seating and a gas fireplace create the perfect setting for unwinding. Step outside to a spacious yard and gather around the large firepit for evenings under Maine’s dazzling night sky.
Outdoor adventures start right from your doorstep—the multipurpose C.A.T.S trail runs alongside the property, offering scenic mountain biking routes that lead straight into charming Bethel. In winter, Mt. Abram’s family-friendly slopes are just minutes away; in summer, the mountain transforms into a playground for downhill biking and exploration.
