Unit 307 is a 3rd-floor oceanfront studio offering privacy and comfort for 2 guests. Inside, enjoy a smart TV with cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your take on island recipes. Step onto your private lanai to savor the fresh Pacific breeze and Oceanfront location!
At Lahaina Shores, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities including an oceanfront pool and hot tub, BBQ grills for relaxed al fresco dining, and lush tropical landscaping currently being refreshed through ongoing renovations. These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the intimate, boutique charm that makes Lahaina Shores so special. The resort is non-smoking and ideally located — just a short drive to the Old Lahaina Lūʻau and popular oceanfront restaurants such as Mala, Star Noodle, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Coco Deck. Nearby these restaurants, you'll find our local favorite shopping mall, the Lahaina Cannery Mall. Drive just a few more miles north to find Kaʻanapali, where Whalers Village offers premier shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The friendly front desk staff will welcome you at check-in, where the $15 daily resort and parking fee is collected. Washers and dryers are conveniently located on every floor.
Please note: Lahaina Shores Beach Resort survived the major fire in 2023. Since the fire, Lahaina Shores has undergone a full renovation inside and out, including the hallways and lobby. Each room has been cleaned and repainted, and all furnishings and linens have been sanitized to professional standards. The palm trees by the ocean survived, and the garden has been replanted. The harbor and Lahaina Town are being rebuilt, and a Royal Complex and visitor center are planned next door. See the future unfold before your eyes.
Lahaina Shores 307 is professionally managed by Quam Properties, offering 24/7 customer care to ensure your accommodations meet your every need. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.
Cancellation Policy: **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights): - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date. **For Longer Stays (30+ nights): - Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

Location is very good. Property clean and well managed. Had beach chairs and umbrella, which was great. No restaurants or shops walking distance so need a rental car. The near area is still recovering from the fires, so be aware. Right on the beach. This unit was a 1BR with two patios, one of which had a partial view of ocean. Significant downside was one day in building lost AC for the duration of our stay. They communicated well but because of the AC issue we had very hot days/evenings and had to leave patio doors open which was very noisy with traffic at night. Host offered trivial compensation. Would not book with this host on a subsequent stay.
