Amazing Ocean Views - Steps to Beach

Our luxurious one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking condo has amazing ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets from the beach. We are located at Sugar Beach Resort, which is steps away from the white sandy beach, and incredible ocean access.

As you relax on the private lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, experience the amazing humpback whales enjoying the warm seasonal waters.

Our upgraded condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Some of the features include central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV with DVD player, and provide free Wi-Fi.

The modern gourmet equipped kitchen, features granite counter tops, shaker style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stylish kitchen island with seating for two. For more intimate dining, we feature a beautiful dining area with glass top table.

This unit sleeps 2, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit also includes a front load washer and dryer for your convenience.

The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee!

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui’s world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium.

Such a wonderful holiday stay with a very thoughtful host! I highly recommend this property, it is in a beautiful location with many amenities including ocean/beach access. The plumeria trees right near the balcony are one of my favorite memories.

We loved staying here! Direct access to the beach was amazing and we loved how quiet the complex and beach were. It was super convenient having AC, beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear and the host was able to give us a little later check out time.

Everything was simply amazing and so perfect! The condo was beautiful with an amazing view and was a great location for an HQ for all of our adventures. The sandwich shop downstairs was very convenient - and a super cute dive bar to boot! I could not have been more pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience here! Everything was so clean, so close to the beach and the pool was great! If you stay here, stop by the Sandwich shop right below! Condo location at north end of Kihei was perfect with the longest beach in Maui to walk-on everyday! Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures with great views from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect. Centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Walk out to the beach. Many extra amenities for the beach provided. The grounds were under construction while there but still beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend and go back if I have the opportunity.
