The condo location was close restaurants and shopping. The condo was situated just right to view ocean and sidewalk to the beach which was so convenient. You could view the pool area from the patio.

No fault of the owner, but I wanted to throw a cherry bomb in the wetland area between pool and beach. The frogs were so long all night long! Also, the ac from other units could be heard kicking on and off.

We had a great trip with our kids! We loved that the first floor condo had stairs off the balcony directly down to the sidewalk so the sandy beach chairs and toys could stay outside without carrying them through the unit.

Lovely condo that was well equipped with everything we needed. Great to be able to walk down from the balcony directly to walkway to beach!!!!!!! Have been staying at Mainsail for years and this condo did not disappoint. Mainsail is a great complex. We love it!!! Close to many things to do, restaurants, ect. But the real star is the beach, and you are right on it! Thanks for a great stay! Only suggestion is that the carpeting in the bedrooms is due for replacement. We really enjoyed our stay!!!
