central starting point for all kinds of trips

Within walking distance of stations, shopping and the beach as well as walks up to the castles. Many thanks to Paola for working out communication issues with my phone upon out arrival.

Short break

Stayed 5 nights in this apartment. It is in a perfect location within walking distance of all the sights. Supermarket and bakery nearby. We were very comfortable, lovely beds and a fantastic shower. Very spacious with amazing view of the castle and sea. Roberto and Jose were very helpful. Would highly recommend

From the moment I walked in, this apartment felt like home…but better. It was sparkling clean, well lit and very comfortable, the perfect place to work and relax, and a great home base for adventures in the city. My two weeks here were truly delightful. Things I especially appreciated include: Comfortable beds, excellent shower, functional kitchen, internet access, beautiful view, secure building, nighttime quiet, daytime access to restaurants, bakeries, the market, the old town, the beach, the harbor…everything! It was an absolutely joy to spend two weeks not needing a car. Of all the vacation rentals I have stayed in, this one was my favorite. Definitely recommend!

Excellent apartment for extended stay; convenient location

We stayed in this apartment for two months at the beginning of 2024. Overall, our experience both living in the apartment--and communicating with our local host--exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location was ideal for a variety of reasons: specifically, the proximity to shopping, transit, and dining was awesome. The appliances all worked as advertised (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, vacuum, etc.). In the kitchen there were sufficient utensils, dishes, etc. to settle in as a "resident." All of this made the apartment very nice for a longer stay (such as ours). Most importantly, our local host was incredibly responsive. She was quick to answer questions, address issues as they arose, and she even provided a great list of things to see and places to eat--which we made the most of!

Visiting Family in the heart of Alicante

The apartment is awesome. The description "Alicante City Centre" is super appropriate. A hundred meters to the market, a few hundred meters to old town. Literally on top of the subway (tram) entrance and quick access every bus. We loved the Castle and Old City view from the balcony. Our host was excellent

La casa es preciosa, cómoda y tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar como en casa. Aunque está en el centro de la ciudad es muy tranquila y no hay ruidos de noche. Decorada con mucho gusto y muy luminosa. Paola es muy atenta y ha estado ahí cuando la hemos necesitado. Volveremos!
