This modern lakefront home shares 5 acres, and 600 feet of lake frontage, with several other homes. It sits overlooking the lake with great views.

There is a large sandy beach; dock for your boat, boat ramp, horseshoe pit, and outdoor fire pit.

The house is on two stories and has two bedrooms on each floor. The main floor has an open concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open. There is a bathroom on each floor. There is also a covered porch looking right out onto the lake.

Amenities include; dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central air, flat screen TV, and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The property is located just over a mile from downtown Meredith, with its shops, restaurants, and wedding venues.
