This modern lakefront home is one of several homes sitting on 5 acres, with 600 feet of lake frontage. It has beautiful views overlooking the lake. On the property there is a dock for your boat, boat ramp, horseshoe court, outdoor firepit, and a large sandy beach.

There is plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. There is a gas grill, and picnic table, and other outdoor furniture.

The house itself is on two floors, with two bedrooms on each floor. The main level has an open concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open. There is a nice porch looking out on to the lake.

The house has central air conditioning, washer and dryer, large flat screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Family getaway

The owners welcomed us when we pulled in. Gave us a tour of the property and wawas very friendly. The house is a quaint New England cabin right on the lake. Big enough for 5 adults and a toddler comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, owners are very friendly, easy to deal with and accommodating. Owners even provided a Pack n' Play for our newborn, free of charge. The location is truly beautiful, especially during the fall, and the houses are right on the water. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but the house was clean, welcoming and perfect for what we needed. The fact that there are multiple houses all right in the same area makes it perfect for multiple families/groups.

This cottage was a beautiful place to stay while in Meredith! The cottage is very nicely maintained. The kitchen, dining and living area is open concept with lots of glass sliders and windows looking out on an amazing lake view! We were in Meredith for a wedding; the center of Meredith was a very quick drive or an easy walk, depending on one's preference. We wish we could have stayed longer!
