The property was as described. However, our overall experience was impacted by issues from the host. Concerns were raised post-stay that had been alleviated during our visit, which was unexpected. There was also confusion regarding a large package/box that was delivered early, and we were asked to remove it, which later became part of the follow-up issues. There were cats on the premises as well. Nevertheless, while the home was functional, the way matters were handled after departure detracted from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. We didn't have an enjoyable experience here.

Regarding your experience with the host, as much as we would love to have all our customers experience to be awesome there are some things that we can’t compromise on. Violating the terms of the booking and house policy are important values for us. Without upholding these values, we would not be able to offer the next guest an excellent space to stay. You violated multiple policies and you were being respectful reminded to adhere to the booking policies by the host. The cats present are stray friendly cats which previous guest that love cats have entertained and spent time with. We can’t control their arrival but guest can always show signs of disinterest which will make them go away. We hope you read terms and conditions of rental properties prior to booking and work towards adhering to it to avoid such experience for you in the future.
