Reunion Paradise! Spacious Luxury Home and Pool House

Enjoy our personal home with upscale furnishings from Ethan Allen and Restoration Hardware.

You'll easily separate the kids from the adults and the partiers or grandparents with layout. steam shower and an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill. All overlooking the pool with plenty of seating outdoors. You'll also find a few poker machines built into the bar countertop.

The home is in a very nice, upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac. You'll be at ease taking a late night stroll or bike ride. inside the home, you'll find 6 bedrooms. 3 beds on th efirst level with a queen-sized beds. The rest of bedrooms are upstairs beginning with the master with a large whirlpool tub and a king size bed. Across the hall are 2 Jack and Jill bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. Each has 2 beds in them. At the end of the hall, you can close the hall off to separate this wing with the other 2 bedrooms if things are getting noisy. You'll find a private room with a queen bed and full bathroom shared by another room with 4 queen beds.

Downstairs, you'll have a spacious kitchen with a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and coffee pot. There's an eat in kitchen that seats 8. The back porch also has a bar top table for 2 to enjoy breakfast while overlooking the pool. The living room has a sectional leather sofa by Natuzzi and a gas fireplace. In the front of the house, you'll find a quiet library with books and board games. The foyer welcomes you into the home with hardwood floors and a spiral staircase. Next to that is the dining room that seats 10.
Outside, you'll have plenty of yard space, a 50' saltwater pool with a diving board in the 8' deep end. Attached is a round, in ground, hot tub that will heat quickly when you are ready for it. 6 lounge chairs, seating for 8 at the round tables and more. The outdoor kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, buffet warmer, 2 side burners and a 36" cook top.

You'll have ample parking in the driveway, holds about 7 cars, and street parking is no problem either.

Security camera on premises. Parties will not be tolerated or permitted. No additional guests beyond what you reserved for. We have no trespassing signs, and this is private property.

No indoor Smoking, including E cigarettes/Vape. Smoking is $500 to have a company come out and rid the place of the odors and nicotine.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please move all furniture back to where it was. Including outside furniture. Please make sure the grill has been cleaned after your last use.
Please take out all trash, have dishes cleaned and put back. If pans are burnt, you can use the scrubbing sponge and a little Bar Keepers Friend and it'll take it back to looking new.

Property was beautiful and spacious. For the amount paid, the cleanliness of the property was not very good. My guests complained about the amount of dust falling from the fan blades in their rooms onto the beds. Also some cabinets in the pool house were dirty along with the outdoor pool furniture. Overall the host was awesome and accommodating. I would recommend a better cleaning company to maintain your beautiful property.

Overall, the home is nice but overpriced, and I would not rent it again at this price. The host was kind and responsive. Check-in/out was easy and host quickly responded to issues. House has TREMENDOUS potential, but the interior is QUITE outdated, and in DESPERATE need of ROUTINE maintenance. Floors were clean, walls were not. The fan surround above the stove in particular needs to be scraped and repainted. It dropped paint chips into our food on the stove. Doors need painted, exterior trim needs scraped and repainted. Interior ceiling has water stains. Pool was dirty, but swimable. Beds were really comfortable, sheets were clean. But sofa needs to be replaced, it was dirty and leather was cracking. All closets and most cabinets are locked shut, so no room for hanging clothes or food/supplies. Host needs to rethink the wall art, it was borderline offensive. Everything is automated, which is nice, but also a pain. Lights turn on automatically when we were trying to wind down, and intercom turned radio on in every room around 2230. Overall, it's a million-dollar home that needs about 350K of ROUTINE maintenance. Property was absolutely sufficient for our needs, but we were quite disappointed at the price we paid for a home that needs a lot of updates/repairs. Overall, it is overpriced by at least 25-30%. It's clean, but with all the routine maintenance needs, it comes off as dirty and unkept. Pics are better the house actually is.

We spent nearly 10K for our stay, so expectations were high for a property marketed as “luxury.” Ron, the host, was very responsive, but there were too many issues that should not have existed.The front door lock malfunctioned, requiring entry through the back gate, difficult for elderly family with mobility concerns. Pool-house TVs required repair, the hot tub was not adequately clean, and we cleaned a ceiling fan rather than call Ron again.The pool house did not reflect the photos. Floor AC units were very loud and vented through sliding doors, affecting use/security and allowing mosquitoes inside. The house became very warm.Despite confirming that cookware could accommodate 15, the pots/pans could not. Most kitchen cabinets were locked, there were no dish towels, and excessive unlabeled switches made it difficult to navigate between lights and fans.The home is SPACIOUS. The four-bed room was great. Overall, it felt dated, more like house-sitting in someone's personal home, complete with family photos, Colin and Katie's finger-paint artwork, and a large nude portrait above the primary jacuzzi, which made us uncomfortable enough not to use it.None of these issues alone would ruin a vacation, but collectively they significantly impacted our experience. Ron's responsiveness was appreciated, but at this price point, we should not spend our vacation troubleshooting this many issues. Spacious? Absolutely!! Luxury? Not based on our Thur-Tue weekend experience.

Our team really enjoyed your property. We had no complaints at all. It was large enough to accommodate the team and it's coaches. Upon arrival we weren't able to gain entry right away but the host was great with communicating to us and fixing the minor issue. Overall we will use this property location again. Definitely worth the money.Anyone who rents this property will not be disappointed......

This home was amazing. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool was great and there's a basketball hoop that kept the kids occupied. Ron the host was great and communicative. Excellent for large families.

This is our 2nd time renting this house and both experiences have been absolutely great. The owner is very responsive and clearly outlines check-in/out policies and has been available for questions throughout our stays. We would definitely look to use this property again if in the area!

A great home with lots of space and different places to gather. Nice Pool and hot tub. And lots of indoor and outdoor space. Host was very responsive at answering questions or coming over as needed. More instructions about dos and don’ts or ways to clean up or things to know might be helpful. There were a few areas that could have used a little bit of paint - on the bottom of the doors to the back and in the bathroom upstairs in the shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The pool, hot tub, and backyard space were wonderful for relaxing and entertaining our two teenagers. The pool and hot tub were immaculate, and the pool was cleaned two times during our 5-night stay. We do a great deal of cooking while on our family vacations and the appliances were high end, well maintained, and there was an ample amount of cookware and essential cooking utensils. Multiple thermostats (even in the bedrooms) in this large space made the home very comfortable during our hot weather stay as did the large gathering and eating spaces. We feel very fortunate to have found this home for our annual family vacation.

So much space

We loved the space, common areas, rooms, and outside. It was such a fun place to be for our team and our team won the national championship over the weekend stay! We were so relaxed at the house which helped our vibes and body recovery.

Bachelorette Weekend

I couldn't have been more appreciative of Ron's flexiblity with our check in and check out. We had a hurricane coming and flights were cancelled/delayed and he was truly generous with his home. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

Big Group - accommodated all of us!

House was spacious and covered back porch was nice and relaxing. We didn’t spend much time there because we were in town for HS Nationals. We did find it odd that most of the cabinets were locked. There were like 3-4 coffee mugs and we had 5 families with us. Neighborhood was really nice and number of bathrooms was a priority for us as well!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. The owner was accessible and responded to all emails promptly. It would of been a even greater stay if the hot tube and sauna worked, but the pool made up for the inconvenience.

Overall very nice property, close to the venue we can down for from NY, served our purpose perfectly. Wish we had some closet space for hanging uniforms and such, and cupboards to put food items in but otherwise fine. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Great place for a family vacation!

The house had plenty of space for our group of 15 people (all ages) to comfortably spread out when needed and come together when we wanted. We had a couple of issues that the owner responded to and resolved quickly. The house was cool, the pool was warm and lots of fun! The location was quiet (only noise was from planes and jets flying overhead but that seems to be the norm for the area). Close to shopping and a very cute mini golf/water park and only about 15 minutes to either the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area or the quieter Sandbridge Beach area. Thanks to Ron for a great stay!
