Location was great for us. Went with large family, kids entertained with activities inside and outside of the home. Pool was great and kayaks/paddle boards were fun. Lots of mosquitoes-bring spray if you’re out after dusk!

Host communicated ahead of time and created a great vacation atmosphere. House met our needs perfectly and had a lot to do right at the house- kayaks, corn hole, pool, billiards, fishing, etc. it is a decent hike to the beach, but that didn’t bother us. Comfortable space and great location to enjoy the pool and kayaks and fishing all from your backyard.

We love location! We are on a canal so can go kayaking, etc and fish. We rent a golf cart for the short ride to the beach. Kevin is wonderful to deal with and the cleaning crew was amazing (there was an accident on the road into Sandbridge on the morning of our arrival so the cleaning crew got there late and our place was ready by 4).

property was as advertised. Front porch was the most favorite place to hang out. Having access to the golf cart and kayaks were a bonus. the kitchen was well equipped allowing easy meal prep and clean up. A couple of the TVs and remotes were an issue, as was the lack of closet light on first floor.

Great property for large groups. Definitely enjoyed the amenities, especially in Winter for all of the games, pool table, etc. Gave the pool a five but only because we had to rate it since it was winter we did not have access.

Check in was very easy and the house was clean except for the inside of on of the ovens. The management was informed and will clean it before the next people check in. We had a very nice vacation. Loved the pool.

Makin memories

Makin memories is a nice rental. Definitely make some great memories at the property. We have stayed there on numerous occasions. Plenty of space for two families. Great communication with the property manager and very responsive.

Family members stated how clean and how well stock the house was and how huge it was. Some items we brought ourselves and there was no need to bring them because the house had them like waffle griddles; servers (things that you put the tin pans in). Property Manager, Kevin was very responsive.

Group of 19, us, our 4 children, their spouses, our 8 grandchildren and a future son-in-law. It was my 80th birthday celebration and things couldn’t have gone better. The facilities had everything from games to kayaking, ping pong, pool, views, decks and large entertainment areas.

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd year vacationing with almost the whole family. Perfect location! So much to do from game room, pool, beach, paddle boarding and kayaking, large tables for game playing … We will never forget this vacation since our niece’s boyfriend proposed to her during family picture time on the beach! Kevin the property manager is wonderful!

Great vacation.

House was great. Our 50th anniversary, host left bottle of champagne and note (so sweet)It needs some upgrade: pool liner, sliding door screens, AC unit went out on day 1 in 90 degree weather but the response from Kevin PM was fast and it was repaired quickly.
