When we checked in, and left, a certain staff later called us to say we had been checked in the wrong house, so we had to change. Inconvenience for us because of lack of communication between staff. The fan in the sitting room had nowhere convenient to connect it to electricity source, which made it useless. One of the lamp shades in the sitting room was broken, needs replacement. They also didn’t have spare keys for the house we had checked into, so some of our members were made to wait outside for a very long time until one of us could go back to open for them.
