My place is close to Eiffel Tower, Les Invalids, Musée d'Orsay, Musée Branly, Les Deux Abeilles. You’ll love my place because of our hospitality, the neighborhood, the comfy interior set up, the light, pretty inner garden and our airport chauffeur service. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. Broadband WIFI. LCD cable TV. All furnished, kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin. French 1st (American 2nd) floor without elevator (20 steps staircase).

The space
The studio offers a well-equipped space and is very luminous, as it overlooks lovely and peaceful inner garden.

It has en entrance, a kitchenette with an electric cooktop with 2 hot surface, refrigerator with freezer, micro wave oven, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, and all the cooking and diner equipment, a bathroom with glassed-in shower cabin, an ample supply of towels, toilet, and a washer/dryer. The studio has a window over looking pretty inner garden, an all furnished comfy interior set up, a closet, cable TV, broadband cable WIFI, closets, and lots of light. Hardwood floor. The residence has a central heating and a permanent hot-water supply system. French 1st (American 2nd) floor (white marble 20 steps stable staircase).

The residence is close to Eiffel Tower (7’ walk), Les Invalid (7’ walk), Seine river (3’ walk), Place de l’Alma, Avenue Montaigne, Avenue George V (6’ walk), Avenue des Champs Elysées, Musée d'Orsay (20’ walk), Musée Branly, Les Deux Abeilles (5’ walk), rue St. Dominique (2’ walk) and rue Cler (5’ walk) shopping area. Building's main entrance on rue de l’Université, the seconde entrance on rue Malar.

You’ll love our place because of our hospitality, the comfy interior set up, the light, the coziness, a very lively bourgeoise Parisien neighbourhood.

Our place is good for solo adventurers, solo business travelers, couples, families (couple and child), and pet (small dog only, less than 10 kg/20 lbs) .

There is a queen size bed (2m x 1,60 m / 78" x 63") plus a single bed (2m x 80 cm / 78" x 31.5"). There are full 3 sleeping spaces, so to say. However, the size of the studio could be tight for 3 adults guests.

Caution: This is a Parisian-size studio. It’s not large, but it’s well equipped and the space is used in an optimum way. It’s as comfortable as you might expect.

Our ingenious slide-away bed glides up to the ceiling.
Due to the height of the bed, this studio is not recommended to people with mobility problems.

Guest access
For your arrival, you will be met by someone. There are several languages spoken and we will let you know: English, French, Japanese, Spanish.
There is a bilingual handbook (English/French) in the studio with all the necessary information. It is also available in Japanese upon request.

The checkin is set at 3 pm, but if you'd like to check in earlier, contact us. We can arrange the free early checkin/ late checkout in accordance with availability. It's often the case that the apartment had been cleaned and prepared earlier, so you'd be welcome to check in earlier. In that case, even very early check ins are possible (at no extra cost). However, there is no check in after 10:00 pm. The same goes for check outs, set at 11 am, but if you need a later check out, contact us.

For transfers between the airport and the residence, we kindly recommend using an official taxi from the airport taxi stand (flat rate) or ride-hailing services like Uber or Lyft for a safe and convenient journey.

We can arrange free early checkin/ late checkout if available.
