I really like the location of this place, me and my wife were able to walk to all the big attractions within a 4 day period. We used the metro some but mostly walked to places like Eiffel Tower, notre dame, arc de triomphe and Luxembourg Gardens. Place is a little small and on the ground floor but perfect for a couple who likes to walk around town for 8-10 hours a day. A little pricey for the square feet, but hey it’s Paris. Definetly recommend for young couples just needing a place to sleep and watch some tv on the couch a few hours a night. The little loft was really cool in my opinion

This apartment was an ideal location for my solo trip to Paris. The loft bed was comfortable, the shower was clean with plenty of hot water, and the location was brilliant! I walked to many museums and churches, and there was lots of grocery shopping, restaurants and shops nearby. The flooring in the kitchen area is in a state of disrepair so I wish I had packed my slippers - but not a huge issue. (There was no vineyard...)

Hello, thank you for your comment. We would like to inform you that, following repeated water damage, the parquet flooring was indeed replaced this week. We installed tiles. The problem has been resolved.

Outstanding location. We were met in person and details of apartment shown to us. Everything in good working order and you could easily cook simple meals there. Three of us stayed there, and it was fine. Sofa makes into comfortable bed. It is petite, but lots of nooks to store your things. My only suggestion would be to paint the navy blue out with something much lighter, get rid of the random art and get some big mirrors, this will make space look bigger. Swap floor lamp for a wall mount. Get a rectangular rug instead of round one with maybe a bit of color. This place could be a real gem with a bit of decor. It was very comfortable for us. Some OK but not gourmet restaurants nextdoor and across the street.

Clean room. Apartment was smaller than expected for four people. Would recommend only 2 people stay. Host was nice and communicative. Had a portable AC. Close to train. Close to lots of things. Very walkable.

Great apartment in a great location! This cozy property was exactly as described and we had a very comfortable stay. My daughter (15) loved the loft bed and had the best sleep there. I found the sofa bed extremely comfortable, esp. after long days walking! The A/C was also very welcome at the tail-end of a Paris heatwave. Communication with the host was clear and easy, and the on-site greeting and property walk-through was great. Would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend to others.
