Beachfront Gated Condo on Sand Key Beach

My condo has no bedrooms it’s a studio. Located in Gated 24/7 upscale safe neighborhood. Gated free off street parking. Ocean view from your balcony!!!! The hotels next door run $300 a night ! Private safe entrance to & from the beach . Phenomenal nightly sunsets! Cook supper and watch the sunset while you are in the kitchen cooking!!!
Queen size murphy bed and queen size couch ( memory foam mattress pull out couch ) .Twin Blow up in closet sleeps up to 4 .It is like a hotel room but fully furnished . Has 2 hot tubs, 2 outdoor showers, 2 heated pools, 2 tennis court ( 2 pickle ball but NO pickel ball paddles ) ,free gated parking , 2 out door shower, 1 grilling area gas & charcoal 1 shuffle board area ( get sticks from security guard to play) 2 private beach access entry to & from Condo building and coin operated laundry on “each “ floor. Resort style vacation with all the above amenities. At most beach rentals in Clearwater beach you only get a small 250 sq ft and maybe a pool if you’re lucky! You also usually have to cross busy streets & walk “3-5 blocks from rental location! Not at my condo ! Live with the elite people.
Ride trolley up and down to all the beaches. ( Clearwater beach, sand key beach, St. Pete beach, treasure island beach, Indian rocks beach, Redington beach, Madeira beach, belleair beach ). Car is nice but if you can walk a very long distance or ride a trolley from beach to beach a car is not required. You could take Uber or taxi from airport to Condo for $ 65.00 and then ride trolley daily and save on no rental car ! Trolly stops right outside Condo building several times daily.
Perfect place to have a romantic month long getaway vacation or for retirees or perfect Nomad lifestyle, or work travel location! It turns out to be very cheap per person per night when Rent it for 30 days ( 30 day minimum stay condo rules ) and share the price and studio with your siblings or friends and split the cost ! Each family member pick a week and save. Just make sure you give me name and week each family member is staying. ( Load party’s NOT allowed and all guests will be asked to leave by Condo building security staff if condo rules are not followed.) Come relax and enjoy your vacation right on the beach !! I have beach towels, beach chairs 1 beach wagon 1 umbrella ,1 igloo cooler & several beach toy in balcony closet ! Also inside condo there is binoculars to watch for dolphins !!! Also 2 tennis rackets and 1 ball you may use while you are here. Sign up on white board to play tennis. Stay where the Millions live !! Safest neighborhood” in Clearwater beach area !!! Enjoy !

The access to the jaccuzi and pool was great. The tennis court was always open to others, invite mor

The condo was very nice. Just steps away from the beach. Regina was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property.

I am breast cancer survivor ( 9years) I want to share my home with other individuals that appreciate the fabulous location ! The Gulf of Mexico is my back yard ! My place is small (600sq.Ft) but u r here to be outside on the beach most of the time anyway! Also building has Semi-Private area on 3rd floor if u want outside privacy .Good place to suntan alone semi- privately or have guest or read a book. (located next to landry room )

Gated Safe semi-upscale white collar neighborhood. The millionaire mile.Strip mall across the street with several restaurants. Including the popular Columbia Restaurant. Duncan donuts , pizza, deli shop in mini grocery store, ice cream shop , clothing store, bar & grill .

Studio is also the bedroom with queen size Murphy bed. Also queen size pull out memory foam couch. Sand key beach is everything ! In 9 years I have never had a guest complain about my condo location view & 24/7 gated safe neighborhood amenities!!!!
