Charming 2-bedroom house in gorgeous Longboat Key

This 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Longboat Key. With 2 queen beds, nicely renovated bathroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer. The home also touts a large lanai for just relaxing outside. This home was originally owned by a painter out of Canada who would come down every season for inspiration. One of her works can be found on the wall in the living room and the house has been coined “the artists retreat”. Enjoy beautiful days, walk to the beach a 2min drive to downtown AMI and walking access to Shore, Vista Del Mar and Whitney’s all fantastic restaurants here on the island.

It’s was a nice stay as far as amenities go and the location is within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house has a wonderful screened front porch for sitting outside however it was difficult to enjoy with the construction going on throughout much of our month long stay. The noise was also heard inside with the doors and windows closed. This part of Longboat has become a construction zone because of the tear downs and rebuilds due to that last hurricane which should be disclosed to interested renters.
