Bali is a coastal village on the north coast of Crete, about 30 km east of Rethymno and 45 km from Heraklion (airport). It is built on a raised small peninsula so overlooks the bay and the sea. Bali has four beaches on four small creeks and a beach isle. From the village passes the National Road Heraklion-Rethymno (buses run every hour), making access to any part of the island very easy giving the visitors the chance to discover the beauty and history of the island.
Today Bali is a modern tourist resort with a wide variety of taverns, restaurants, small shops, diving center, bars, discos, as well as clinic and pharmacy.

UPHORIA STONE VILLAS are 3 newly built villas (95 sqm each) surrounded by a large variety of plants and trees. They are located 2 km away from the center of the village Bali and 1.5 km from the beach. Each holiday villa has its private swimming pool (46 sqm), BBQ, Free WiFi internet access, private yard and provides a plethora of amenities and facilities listed below.

The Maid was very Nice and helpfull and that was concerning the accomodation the only positie. It was dirty, mohl in the bathroom, bad funiture and not enough kitchen stuff for a six person bungalow.

Der Aufenthalt war echt gut. Die Lage war perfekt in 10min am Strand und Städtchen 25 min zum nächsten richtigen Supermarkt.Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für uns und die Kinder. Der Vermieter war per Whatsapp erreichbar die sehr nette Dame die uns die Betten gemacht hat,hat uns immer gefragt ob wir was benötigen. Es waren wunderschöne 3 Wochen. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte war die Inneneinrichtung könnte mal wieder aufgefrischt werden. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Un goût amer

Lors de notre arrivée tardive à la villa, nous avons reçu un très bonne accueil. Après une visite rapide des lieux, nous allons voulu aller nous coucher, malheureusement le lit, les draps, le matelas et les oreillers étaient trempés, notre clim fuyait.Après avoir essuyé l'énorme flaque d'eau et poussé le lit, nous avons essayé de dormir au doux son du goute à goute de la clim dans un saladier.La réparation a eu lieu le lendemain soir.Sinon maison agréable dans l'ensemble si on ne s'arrête pas sur l'état du sol , la vétusté naissante de l'habitation (loin des photos de l'annonce) et le ménage vite bâclé.

séjour Uphoria villa stone

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 3 semaines. A notre arrivée nous avons été déçus par plusieurs éléments ; la salle qui comportait également la cuisine était assez petite. Le canapé était plein de tâches, le mobilier est en mauvais état, le sol est peint, et quand on marche, la peinture s'enlève. Les robinets sont remplis de calcaire, dans une des salles de bain, la baignoire est fendu, il manque du joint entre la baignoire et le mur. Nous avons demandé à faire changer le pommeau de douche dans la 2ème chambre, car il était cassé. Dehors, nous avons demandé à faire changer les ampoules, en fait il en manquait 3. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, on voit que cette maison n'est pas du tout entretenu, la climatisation de la chambre parentale fuyait, donc encore une fois nous avons contacté le gestionnaire, qui était très gentil et efficace. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location, vu le prix auquel elle est proposée et le manque d'entretien, cela ne vaut vraiment pas ce prix. Cela fait des années que nous réservons des maisons sur votre site et c'est la première fois que la location ne correspond pas du tout aux photos proposées sur votre site, dommage

Tolle Unterkunft mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis, mitten in der Natur gelegen, umrahmt von Bergen. Schöner Pool. Management kümmert sich, z B 2.Schlüssel, ausgefallenes Internet, alles locker und freundlich. Einziges Manko, das idyllische Geläut der Schafe wird abends ab 21.00 von unterirdischer Musik, Bingoabenden und Beschallung in großer Lautstärke von der benachbarten Hotelanlage zerstört. Also abends genug Wein oder Ohrenstöpsel.

Villa vieillissant mal , les photos ne correspondent plus à la réalité . Mobilier en mauvais état, chaisescassées ,table branlante etc. Quantité de vaisselle beaucoup trop juste et en toc ( Manche qui se désolidarise)

Tolles Ferienhaus, aber

das Housekeeping ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Das Haus ist abseits gelegen (PKW erforderlich !), jedoch in sehr schöner Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ist mit einem vollwerigen Doppelbett versehen, ebenso ist in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist einfach nur zum genießen, ausreichend Tische, Stühle und Liege stehen bereit. Bei den sanitären Einrichtungen (2 Bäder mit WC im Obergeschoss, WC im Erdgeschoss) gibt es keinen Anlass zur Beschwerde, lediglich die Bauweise ist schon recht eigenwillig - Spanplatten als Untergestell im Bad... Das Housekeeping (alle 3 Tage) hat viel Luft nach oben, während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthaltes sah man sich nicht imstande die Überbleibsel unserer Vormieter (Deko 50. Geburtstag in allen Räumen, gebrauchte Luftmatratze am Pool) zu beseitigen. Der Vermieter war telefonisch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit, schade das wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Alles in allem allerdings aber eine ganz klare Empfehlung !!!
