Beautiful and squeaky clean. Looks like it was just renovated. Absolutely loved my stay here, very safe and had absolutely everything I needed. I will definitely be back!!!

This is an older home that has been refurbished. New flooring, updated kitchen,etc. The garage has been converted to a separate ADU. Parking for the 1 bedroom ADU is on the left side of the driveway. Parking for the 3 bedroom house is on the right side of the driveway. Many houses seem to leave their trash and recycle bins out and have at least 1 car on the street so street parking can be limited. This house would be better for a 1 car family than a multi car adult group. The ADU and house yards are separate. Both sides allow pets. The house has been listed for rent multiple times in 2026 Feb., Aug. and Sept.. There is good light, kitchen is big, kitchen has salt, pepper, olive oil, some spices, coffee filters (no coffee), cookie sheet, dishes, flatware,some knives, a wine opener (no can or bottle opener), hot mitts (no hot ads), kitchen towels and a few serving items. There are 2 microwaves but one doesn't cook. Side gate doesn't latch,so if you bring a dog or a child bring zip ties. Several sprinklers leak (1gusher) so had a muddy lake every morning. DISHWASHER HAD NO POWER. Trash, recycle and green waste bins are shared with ADU. We arrived on a Wednesday and the trash was full. I was going to separate out the recycling to make room for our trash, but the bags were covered in maggots so no go. Tub is very slippery. The bathrooms don't have AC or heater vents, so were hot for our stay. Keys to my trip email lists wrong address. Only 1 BR has a dresser.
