Property was very clean and in a great location. Short 5-min walk to the beach and to several places to eat. Nice convenience store nearby too for snacks and other essentials. Great back patio with a screened in porch right along the canals too!

Walk to beach was very easy. A lot of cute little restaurants that you can walk to that were delicious! There’s also a kids park a short walk which was great! House was as expected and host communicated clearly with everything

Beautiful home! Clean and very spacious with a huge back patio/back yard and boat access. Short walk across the street to a lovely, quiet beach. The canal is a tad narrow but we easily navigated our 23’ boat in and out and parked the trailer in the gravel drive. Ashley, host, was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. Would love to come back!

This place was perfect. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding the place was laid out perfectly and well equipped for our trip. It was very spacious both inside and out. Beds were very comfortable. The host was also very good. She communicated very good with me and allowed to get into the place a little earlier which helped because of our wedding plans. Thanks again.

The home was open and set up well for our family to have both places to have time together, but also multiple areas to focus. Ashley was very responsive and able to assist us when a couple of issues arose outside her control. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was fun and relaxing.

Location Location Location! Great place for boaters. We loved how we were only a short boat ride to sand bars, AMI, Downtown Sarasota and restaurants. We cant get back fast enough. Also the host was very helpful and quick to help.
