Boating dock available, ideal for pontoon style boats commonly seen on the Lake. Space available for trailer parking and access with your boat once launched! Enjoy access to all public and private boat launches on Lake Norman’s northwest corridor. 10 and 15 minutes to one of the best public boat launches on Lake Norman in Little Creek & McCrary Creek.

7 minutes from Publix / Starbucks / Gas Stations for a convenient stay away from the overcrowded areas on the lake. 10 minutes from great and easy going trails in Mountain Creek Park - also featuring the best playground we’ve ever seen.
