After selling our second home in Illinois, we purchased Timberwilde Retreat in San Antonio in 2025. We’re passionate about welcoming guests and creating a true getaway—whether you’re here for a family vacation or a girls trip.

For easy day trips, Austin and the wineries of Fredericksburg are about an hour away. The scenic Guadalupe River is also under an hour, perfect for tubing, paddling, and trout fishing.
