Come feel the spray of the Pacific Ocean! Our 2 bedroom apartment and dramatic deck set you nearly on top of the ocean. You'll see otters, puffins, bald eagles, kingfishers close enough to feel like you can touch them. Ideally located for adventure: just a 5 minute walk to the stunning trails of Abercrombie State Park, Island Lake Creek Trail and Mill Bay Beach. Stores (Safeway, Walmart) less than a mile away. With a queen bed and 2 twins, perfect for a group of up to 4. Includes your own washer and dryer, hair dryer, kitchenette (airfryer/oven, microwave, hotplate, coffeemaker, coffee basket, sink, mini-fridge).
Plenty of free parking. Located just 12 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from downtown.
You'll have exclusive use of the deck. 4 deck chairs included. Experience all that Kodiak has to offer right from your door and deck!

Put trash in the large trash barrel outside near the entryway. If trash is full, please take to dumpsters on Rezanof near the Bayside Fire Station, just 1/2 mile away. (Take a R on Rezanof)

We were accidently double booked. The host and very accommodating and found a great solution for us. They were very responsive and their place is amazing with an amazing view.

Why they chose this property

Oceanspray has one of the best ocean views on the whole island. We love watching the bald eagles fly past our front windows. We watch otters, puffins, and coveys of seabirds. We get to watch sunrises over the ocean and we love our front row seat to the drama of ocean storms.

What makes this property unique

We are as close to the ocean as you can get! Bald eagles nest and fly past our windows. Coveys of ducks and seabirds as well as otters are always in view. We enjoy sunrises from the deck. Even when it’s stormy, we love the front row seat to the wild drama.
