Additional perks include a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, linens, and a collection of beach gear to make your stay simple and fun. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is also available.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $400.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-Guest have access to an outdoor shower
-Guest can access garage, but can not park in garage
-The living room can double as an additional bedroom as it features a sleeper sofa only.
