Pets allowed. Interior exudes character and charm: wood floors, one bedroom has private access to back deck, organic mattresses, extra sofa bed, washer & dryer, lovely/modern kitchen. Ecofriendly. Non-toxic products used for cleaning. Ask about multi-day discounts!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please message me when you depart, pick up after pets & put in the trash (grocery bags below kitchen sink). Leave trash& recycling outside below steps to the side gate entrance, under the little roof.

Please open/close blinds gently, supporting them. Put used sheets, towels & rags in washing machine and start the wash before you leave. Detergent is on top of washer. Thank you!

Please recall pets are not allowed on furniture/sheets etc and there is an extra charge for pet hair removal. If you need it the vacuum is in the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
