We three adult women discussed this. We felt it should be stated when viewing the website that the third bedroom is up some steep stairs and the mattresses are on the floor. We loved the decor and the home was all that it could be. I would come back especially if a trip was two or more nights. We only used the coffee-maker and put cups in the dishwasher.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting me know about the confusion regarding the twin beds upstairs. I checked the listing and do see that the setup is mentioned in the description, as I always want guests to have clear expectations before booking. The listing currently says: “Bedroom 3 is upstairs. One blow up air mattress and one mattress on the floor.” I really appreciate you pointing this out, and I’ll work on making the description even clearer for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us! — Dianna

It was perfect for us. Very close to airport. Very clean. Host had K cups and cream/sugar available. Lots of really nice blankets to use while we were watching tv. Dianna was awesome. Amenities in the bathrooms. Not a lot of checkout chores. Would stay there again if the need arose. All three of us thought the house was awesome!
