Brand new constructed Cape San Blas 5-bedroom house with your own private heated pool. The bedrooms feature 4 king beds and 3 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. This welcoming property boasts 3-1/2 Bathrooms, plenty of kitchen wares, dinner ware, glasses and other hosting comforts. There are TVs in each room and games for the kids of all ages. Located in a small community cul-de-sac, just before the State Park entrance, and one mile from Rish Park. Bay Access and 1/2 mile to Beach access. Great outdoor cooking and entertaining, or watch the sunset on the back porch. Walking distance to enjoy a quick bite out. Dogs allowed.
