Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Lots of room. Downfalls were elevator messed up the day of arrival for two days and we were at the top floor so getting luggage up that many stairs was a challenge. I know things mess up though, that is just life. Master bed was extremely uncomfortable definitely needs a new mattress and the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Master bedroom also stayed very cold compared to rest of house. We used a plug in heater and it still stayed condo. There were exactly the number of towels for each guest, no extra and the washing machine barely held a load. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it and having a bathroom per room was ideal for our bunch with having 4 boys .

Unfortunately, that is managed by the building/HOA, but we completely understand how challenging that must have been, especially on the top floor, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Your comments about the master bed, jacuzzi jets, and the temperature in the master bedroom have been noted, and we are actively addressing these items with maintenance to improve comfort for future guests.
