Ideal spot for small families or groups of friends in Southwest Philadelphia.

This music themed house is great for small families/groups of friends who may also have pets! I do not believe in penalizing people who have furry companions with added fees. The place, however, is catered more to dog owners since there are various dog toys and a dog bed in the living room.

The space is a great value and great price! It has the unique distinction of having a library for cozy reading in the basement (classics and contemporary novels line the shelves). Next to the library is a game room with a foosball table and a cabinet with board games and other misc. games/toys.

Parking is available out front (street parking). There is also a designated space around back. However, the keypad lock is at the front.

Please leave the house the way you found it. That means don't trash the place and leave your mistakes on the carpet or walls. If you do, you should clean it up yourself. It's a house, not a hotel.
If you used the keys for the back entrance, please leave them in the entry way drawer (under the white lamp).
Use the keypad to lock up (please check to make sure it's locked)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No, loud obnoxious parties since the neighborhood is a quiet, safe place with many young families.

First the positives: the price was affordable for what we got. Host communicated in a timely manner. We were happy to be able to bring our pet. HOWEVER, the house did not smell or feel fresh. There was a lot of smoke and pet odor, as well as some deferred maintenance. Curtains and carpet were dirty, broken sinktop, and very few kitchen items. I would not say here again.
