Everything was excellent the only thing I will say is that parking is a little bit tricky. But other than that everything was great and as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything

This house was great for a large group. We had multiple family members coming in from different cities and states to attend a graduation and it worked out perfectly. The location was convenient and our host, Tyler, was informative and responsive. The access outdoor space was a bonus. Couldn't have gone more smoothly! (Also extremely grateful for the AC units during an unexpectedly hot weekend!)

Great location to downtown. Street parking, which is expected in Philly. House is large and can accommodate large groups easily. Place was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were in town visiting family. Tyler is quick with communication and helpful!

Tyler was great to communicate with leading up to our stay. Very helpful in telling us what was around the area and how to access transportation. The property is only a few blocks from the subway, and that was very helpful to us. The property had ample sleeping space, however, some of the mattresses could use replacing. Two bathrooms with showers (and one with tub) were helpful in getting ready for a wedding. One sink, however is quite small. That took some getting used to, but we were able to make it work.Overall, this property was a good value for the money.

Tyler is a great host, extremely responsive and did a great job anticipating needs I hadn't even thought of.
