About this property

Disciples Ridge, Boyneland run 150 ft away, 3 Bedroom, optional Lower unit

Our unit is about 150 feet from of the Boyneland slope at Boyne Mountain's Disciples Village. During the Winter months we require both Friday & Saturday nights be requested, if you are coming for the weekend during ski season.

Dear potential guests: The Instant quote will be for only the main unit 3 Bedroom & 3 Bath. Please let me know if you would also like to add the lower unit in the quote which would mean (4) Bedrooms, (4) Bathrooms ) (2) Kitchens & ((2) Living rooms. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the lower Unit living room as well.

The main Unit has 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds & 1 master suite with a king bed, all have separate bathrooms.

WASHER & DRYER only available when renting the Lower Unit as it is located in the lower unit.

We recently added a River table with a bench seat to accommodate more people at the dining table. We will have an better layout in the kitchen with Built in Refrigerator come ski season and also a nice sectional sofa in living room. & Bench seating in the main foyer. Ski Decor & 6 Flat Screen TVs to our unit. We also have bluetooth sound bars to each unit so you can link your phone and play music through the sound bar. We also installed 4 Bluray players for those lazy days.

The Main Unit has a 50' LED TV in the Living Room & we installed a 55' LED TV in the Lower Unit Living Room
All of the Bedrooms also have LED TV's installed.

Not only is the main unit available for rent which , we also offer the lower owner's unit with one additional bedroom with two queen beds & a pull out couch with a large kitchen should you need the extra space.

* The Master Bedroom Suite is on the main level and has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub.

* The Main Bedroom is also on the main level and has 2 queen beds with the main bath (Bathroom Located in Main Foyer).

* The open loft is on the upper level and has 2 queen beds and a private full bath.

* The lower level (which can be included or separated from the upper two levels via soundproof lockoff stairway) has a large bedroom with a two Queen beds, a full bath, Living room with a Gas Fireplace and a large Kitchen.

The living room has a gas fireplace, 55' LED TV with Blueray player & Bluetooth Sound Bar, a Fold out queen sleeper sofa. There are lots of windows throughout, including a wall of windows that extends from the living room to the second level loft.

Boyne Mt. is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. The slopes and courses are but a minute walk out your door. The largest water park in the Midwest is only a 10 minute walk, as are tennis, Deer Lake/beach and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available, and so is child care. And don't miss a day at Solace Spa, another of this premier resort's award-winning amenities.

There are so many wonderful places to visit and things to do, all within minutes of your front door. Visit Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, walk the beaches of Lake Michigan or take a short drive to the ferry to Mackinac Island.

This meticulously maintained condo has many features others do not: a full unit water purification system, new carpet, new bedding and more!

The pricing is for the main upper condo in the 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom configuration. Please request if you prefer the 4 bedroom configuration.

Great Ski In & Ski Out!

This is probably the best condo we have ever rented! It had all the amenities that you need. The kitchen was fully equipped - no need to bring anything. Ample room for 6 people and more. The only drawback is not having a washer and dryer, especially when staying a week. Loved that we could ski in and out and just drop in when you wanted! Quick 3 minute drive to the main lodge.

Great location and awesome condo

This condo is amazing! It's in an excellent location where we were able to walk to and from the slopes. It has tons of amenities in the kitchen and throughout the condo, including boot warmers. We rented the upper and lower units. My wife and I and our two boys stayed in the upper unit and in-laws stayed in the lower unit. We could be together and have our own space anytime we needed. We have already booked this same place in 2026 because we loved it so much.

Girls Getaway

We were a group of women who have been friends since childhood and have taken a trip together each year for over 20 years. We had an amazing time visiting places in Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Boyne City. Our condo at Boyne Mountain was perfect and the owner, Heath Williams, was very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this condo.

We had such a wonderful visit! The condo was nothing short of fabulous. From lovely decor, to cozy set up for hanging out, to comfy beds (lots of pillows which was a huge win), location and just overall great. The kitchen was well stocked (we definitely used it) and some extras that I had forgotten like paper towels, TP, trash bags etc were there as well. The owner was so kind as we booked many months in advance but a kids concert was added to the weekend date we had planned. He allowed us to move our dates with only the difference in cost due to time of year—a huge stress relief! Can’t say enough good things about this lovely place!

Excellent stay - Convenient and cozy

2 families of 4 shared both the upper and lower units with PLENTY of room. This is a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. We had everything we needed from cooking to relaxing. The lower unit is completely sound-proofed from the upper, so it's a great little escape. Great location for a quick walk to the slopes, then an easy return right to the front door. We went during the week and found the slopes not crowded at all, even though there was some kind of race event one day. We did also discover that the property is not shoveled or plowed during the week. We had an excellent stay. Great communication with the owner. We HIGHLY recommend!

Plan to return every year!

We stayed here for the second time this summer. It's a great condo - clean, spacious, loaded kitchen. The couch is a bit old and lumpy, but we didn't sit on it much! We fit 4 adults and 4 kids in just fine. Even tho this isn't rented out through the resort, you can still use their facilities (pool, fishing pond, games, arcade, etc...). You can even get housekeeping to bring you fresh towels. Just call the front desk or stop by the main lodge for more info. We didn't figure this out until we were ready to leave last year. Overall, a great little place. We will be returning.

Awesome condo

We had our teenagers and their grandmother traveling with us and needed room to spread out and a ground level bedroom/bathroom for grandma. This unit ticked all the boxes-two large bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground level and a large loft bedroom/bath. The beds were all super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. For some reason, we didn’t automatically receive the check in instructions and the owner was super quick to respond and answered all of our questions. He and his wife were very responsive throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

Comfy, Cozy, Convenient and Clean

The property is conveniently located. It's a short walk to the village and your walk is even closer to Boyneland trail, so you to get on the slopes quick and easy...then ski back to the condo with ease...right to the front sidewalk. So nice to warm our boots with the boot warmer rack prior to skiing. The property was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of towels in all 3 of the bathrooms. Plenty of space in the bedrooms which had luggage racks in each room as well as large closets with hangers. The dining room table with bench and chairs was so nice for dinners and games. Sofa very comfortable to relax and watch a movie with the fireplace on. The entire property had a very comfy and cozy feeling....just like we wanted for our ski week at Boyne Mountain. Communication with owner, Heath, was great. Definitely recommend this property.

Clean place. Great location. Deer Lake was great. Enjoyed the SkyBridge, pickleball. Daytrip to Mackinac Island was a lot of fun. Checked out Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Gaylord. All pretty close.
