Snowboard there in the winter and hike/bike in the summer. Condo is a 5 minute walk into the village and trailheads and bike trails close by. Excellent location w plenty of parking and things to do.
I was very pleased with how clean the condo was. Very pleased that the windows had screens so we could cool the place down.We were there over the summer and it was quite hot. The pilot light for the "fireplace" was still on. We had to text the owner (I think?) for instructions on how to turn it off. It shouldn't have been on at all as it's not needed at all during the summer. But reply time was good. There were NUMEROUS emails with vrbo about the rental (not the owners fault), so many that it made it difficult to find the information you wanted. Limit it to no more than three, that's enough. When I stay in a rental house, I cook. The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened. A dull knife is as dangerous as a sharp one, if not more, so. Other than that, what was supplied in the kitchen was as expected. We left a night early because the power went out (not anyone's fault). There should be a better power outage kit, like a strong flashlight, portable battery-powered lanterns. I understand candles are too much of a fire hazard. Power outages are not uncommon at Tahoe and this should be a standard. The condo is well located, maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the village. We would stay here again if the above mentioned items were taken care of.

This was a great place for us to relax after a hard day of work. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and we woke every morning well rested ready to start the day.this would be a great place to get away from it all on vacation
Had a great time visiting Truckee and Lake Tahoe and the condo at the resort was a great place to stay relax. The resort had great amenities and restaurants and great little grocery store… Definitely stay again.
