Had a lovely stay here! The space was immaculately clean, offered beautiful views of the mountains, comfy bed, solid shower, and all amenities for cooking. Really appreciated the prompt communications with the hosts. Check in/out were also very easy. The location is very close to downtown Truckee and a quick hop onto the freeway while still feeling tucked away. Hope to stay here again in the future!

A beautiful log cabin in a very central spot, easy to get anywhere from the house. The house itself is so comfortable and exceptionally well appointed, has a gorgeous view, and everything you need. We met our daughter, who is solo hiking the PCT, in Truckee and this is the VRBO I picked because I wanted her to feel like she was really in a home, someplace that is clearly loved and I felt like this was that. And it was, it was exactly what she and we needed. The communication from the host was exceptional, including an early morning response to an early morning question I had the day of our arrival. They were also so kind and accommodating when I asked if we could arrive early because our daughter had just come off the trail and was exhausted, they said no problem at all, had it ready for us hours earlier than check in, and did not charge us extra. If we are ever back in Truckee we will definitely stay here again!
