Thank you for your review of Chalet Rainier. I’m glad the house was very clean. I’m sorry the main-floor mattress and the kitchen inventory fell short of expectations. I’ll share your notes with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so we can evaluate a mattress replacement and add more silverware, towels, food-storage containers, and a mixing bowl. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you couldn’t use the game room—the thermostat in that space should be working. We’ve reported the heater to our maintenance team for prompt repair, and have created a task to restock spoons and other flatware. We appreciate you letting us know so we can improve for future guests.

We are so glad to hear you had a great stay! We're sorry to hear you didn't like the beds. We have other guests say they're great. They are all fairly new. Everyone has a different preference for firm vs. soft beds. Luckily the house has over 8 beds that are all have different firmness levels so you can always find the bed that's right for you!
