The condo was well equipped. Lots of cookware. Beautiful ocean view. Only thing I would suggest is upgrade mattresses.

Lovely beachfront townhouse. The unimpeded view from the back deck was perfect and a straight walk down the path to the beach. The outdoor rinse station was very convenient. The townhouse was as described. 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and attached bathroom. 1 extra bedroom in the bottom/garage level has a twin-over-full bunk and no bathroom on that level. Plenty of seating in the family room with a full couch and three rocking chairs. Fully equipped kitchen was a bit on the smaller side, but who wants to cook a lot on vacation anyway. It had what we needed.

The dryer does not work. It heats, but it does not tumble. If you are going to have a coffee pot, a supply of sugar creamers and filters should be supplied as well. This eliminates the guest from having to buy a lot and either leave it or throw it away.

The view and location were perfect for being right near the water and getting to the beach. Layout of the 3 story condo was good, and would be especially good for a family or 2 staying there.It’s an older condo but the cost savings is worth it.

November get away

We stayed for 10 days in November and rank this in the top of our beach get aways. Everything was as advertised and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Will definitely have this on our list for future rental.

Location, Location!

Wonderful condo with amazing location and amazing views!! It could use a little up dating here and there and a non-stick pan, but this was one of our favorite places at Tybee

Tybee Beach

Perfect space with three bedrooms with en suites. Direct walk to the beach. Nice outside porch/deck. Should use pest control quarterly not annually.

Roomy townhome in a perfect location

The townhome is a good size with enough room, seating, and bathrooms. The location is fantastic, being located on the north end of the beach where there are fewer public boardwalks helps keep the beach from being too busy. This may be our new favorite place to stay on Tybee. The management company was also very responsive, we had a couple of things unexpectedly break and they were very fast to remediate the issues.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

(4.5 stars but couldn’t make that happen.) This is a lovely 3 Bedroom/3 bath unit, with immediate access to the beach; an ocean view from the deck, living room and upstairs bedroom. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we needed a 4th bedroom and the basement room didn’t work well for that purpose. We moved to another house. If we need a 3B/3bath in the future we will surely rent this unit. The other outstanding feature of this rental was the neighbor who helped us negotiate the parking. She was amazing — the “poster child” for Southern Hospitality.” I cannot day enough good things about her and all the neighbors. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location, needs some updates

The location is great but the condo could use some updates and additional amenities. The bedroom on the bottom floor could have used a fan for some air circulation. It was a little musty. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrades. The carpet in the living room was rolled up and needs repair. It was right by the door and a tripping hazard, especially for our older family members. The bathroom door upstairs didn’t close well. Ac never got to temp, even though I set it to 67 it always stayed in the 70s. There were no amenities like Kleenex, shampoo or conditioner, coffee or beach towels. For people traveling from out of state, those amenities would have been appreciated. Beach towels for a beach rental seem like an obvious amenity that should be included. Overall, good location but needs some improvements and upgrades to match the price.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation 2019

The property was great. The family was very happy with the accommodations, and would gladly stay there again. If you want some suggestions to make it better, here are some ideas. (not complaints) Gravel driveway. It looked like all of the other driveways in the cul-de-sac were paved. (really not a big deal) Have a mat on the inside or outside of the back entrance to help clear sand before entering the house. (We felt that this was missing... Perhaps put away for the winter season?) Darker window drapes. People staying on the east side bedroom can't elect to sleep in. (not really an issue for us) No plunger in upstairs bathroom. (wasn't an issue for us, but could be for someone else.) I want to reiterate that our stay was fantastic. No complaints. The things in the list above are from the family trying to brainstorm suggestions/ideas.

Most was ok just the garage room was not clean

It is misleading to say this rental is a four bedroom. It is three nice rooms with a room off the garage. No bathroom access off the garage room. Maintenance people were excellence in cleaning the garage room after our arrival and putting air in the four bicycle w/flat tires.
