Two arcade games, a compact but fully equipped kitchen, full laundry, and a large unfenced yard with mature trees.

About 20 minutes to Silverwood; also close to Tubbs Hill, Sherman Ave, and Cherry Hill sledding in winter. Room for 2-3 cars on the property.

Great location! Quiet little neighborhood. Less than 30 min to Silverwood and only 10 minutes to CDA beach. It had everything we needed for a quick, simple place to stay. Appreciated the dryer to dry out damp swim suits. Tiny kitchen was a great way to reheat some meals. Could have used a can opener though :) Kids slept well on the bunk beds, the master bed was comfy too. Loved the big couch in the main area. The kids loved the arcade games! No central air, but had a nice space cooler that kept the place decently cool. The only suggestion I’d have is just to have a little bit more TP and paper towels. Management was simple and friendly to work with! Would stay here again!
