House was exactly as described! We certainly enjoyed the enclosed porch which was great for our small dog and the use of the go kart to ride around. Place was super clean, convenient, and there was great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Second time renting this property from Kelly, and it was another great stay! We had a wonderful time with the kids and our dog. One of our favorite parts is being able to bring the boat and cruise down to Robinson Island—it really makes the trip special. Looking forward to coming back again!

Awesome place for our long weekend getaway. We were able to bring our boat, and our dog (who loved the screened in porch.) Having the pool close by was so nice after a day on the water. The detached room was perfect, everyone can have their personal space while still being together. Friendly neighbors, nice area, clean house, short distance wherever we wanted to go. We’d definitely go back, thank you for having us!

This is a peaceful getaway in a quiet gated community! Everything was so clean and decorated in an adorable beachy theme. And the screened in porch was such a nice bonus!! Locals were all super nice and the pool area was nice and clean also. Loved having the golf cart to ride down by the water! Communication with Kelly was always easy and we appreciated the quick responses.

My son and I were looking for a last-minute getaway and stumbled across this property. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. It was a huge plus to be able to bring both my boat and my dog. Kelly was super helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely plan on returning with the whole family!

We loved this little neighborhood. It was a perfect location for us. We were able to bring our boat & access was quite convenient. Screened porch was very nice. Bath houses were a nice plus for when our family was done boating as there was only one bathroom in unit. Very nice property!
